We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, where we indulged in a private onsen inside our room. The hotel amenities provided ample comfort and convenience, including spacious, modern rooms, beautiful views, and proximity to transportation for easy access to local attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious.

Can honestly say we did not have any issues or negative experiences during our stay.

We recently stayed in a luxurious hotel for a relaxing holiday, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. the location was perfect, as it was easy to get to from Sapporo airport and Sapporo JR station. the room was spacious and had a private onsen. the bed was particularly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and organized. the breakfast was well-prepared and offered a generous serving. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the massage chair in the room was fantastic. the hotel is close to all the Hell Valley attractions.

The dinner lacked variety, and we were expecting more options from a hotel at this price range.

We couldn't believe our eyes when we walked into our room, it was absolutely massive for a Japanese hotel! the contemporary design with its own in-room onsen added an extra level of luxury. the service was friendly, and all our exclusive needs were fulfilled. the private facilities were impeccable. We left feeling pampered and refreshed, and the location was convenient for us.

Although everything was perfect, the lack of internet accessibility was a minor inconvenience and an unexpected surprise for such an exclusive venue. it was quickly forgotten while relaxing in the onsen.

Although the location is convenient, it is a little farther from the shops and hot springs than we’d hoped. The beds were two twin beds combined, rather than the large bed we had hoped for.
